Refund policy

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.  All sales are final.  Please note A Ray of Color reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, & refunds.

In the event that a product arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent, the customer must contact customer service at contact@arayofcolor.com within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.  The customer must include a photo of the issue and a screenshot of the order confirmation email.
